FAQ

Thaqalayn course is an intensive in-person course that will explore various topics related to Islam. It has been designed not only for youth but also those families who are seeking to deepen their understanding of Islam and want to learn more about the teachings of the Quran and Ahl-ul-Bayt.

The program warmly welcomes Muslim youth and their families. If you have small children and would like to participate, we can arrange a program for them as well.

The educational part of the course covers three branches of Islamic education: beliefs, ahkam (Islamic jurisprudence), ethics, and morality. It also includes discussions on practical topics related to Islamic lifestyle in Western countries. For a full list of the topics that will be covered, please see this page: https://thaqalayn-course.com/topics/

The program is designed to provide a comprehensive education in these areas, but participants may have opportunities to engage in discussions that allow for some customization based on their interests.

Our classes are taught by young prominent seminary professors who are fluent in English and skilled in communicating with teenagers and youth. They have expertise in Islamic theology and related subjects. You can see the of instructors with their bios on this page: https://thaqalayn-course.com/instructors/

We offer an optional extension that includes a four-day trip to Iraq to visit Najaf and Karbala, which are significant religious sites for Shia Muslims. This trip will be held after the course.

To facilitate this, we will ask all participants to fill out a comprehensive form where they provide all the necessary information required for the visa request. Once we have collected these forms, we will take the responsibility of submitting them to the foreign ministry for review and the issuance of the required visas.

Our commitment doesn’t stop there. We will maintain regular follow-up with the foreign ministry to ensure that the visa process progresses smoothly and that all necessary approvals are obtained. Our goal is to make the visa registration process as hassle-free as possible for our participants and their families, allowing them to focus on their journey to Iran with peace of mind.

We encourage participants to adhere to appropriate dress codes and Islamic norms during the program to respect the religious and cultural sensitivities of the region.
